End goal?
It’s gotten to the stage now where everyone who sees me tells me how much thinner I’ve gotten! I feel amazing! My clothes hang better, I think my confidence is up by 10x. I can wear size 10’s now. Well guys… I have lost weight.
I actually need to weigh myself to know how much. Last time I checked (like 3 months ago) I was 63kgish. I definitely feel a lot slimmer now, I fit into size 10’s more easily. I bought some Topshop jeans that are a 30” waist that fit great, where before I would have to get the 32”....

I am banning myself from food!
I am going to post what I ate today so I can be properly ashamed of myself and make myself want to STOP with the eating.
My excuse was that I had work today, and on workdays I tend to allow myself more food since no matter how much I eat, I’m always starving at work.
This is what I ate, I’m being serious, yes I’m disgusting.

Has anyone heard of the 5:2 diet?
It sounds very interesting indeed.

I did it! I went to the gym!
Decided to go to the gym for the second time this summer on a spur of the moment decision and it was one of the best things I’ve done in a while…
I was feeling pretty groggy to say the least but went anyway (so proud). Started straight in there with the tread mill at 8km/hr without even warming up - probably should have opps - and ran a straight 1km without stopping/resting!

I know I haven’t posted in a loooong while. And theres a lot of reasons for this. Not that anyone even cares anyway. But you know.
I was fasting ramadan for the end of July and most of August. This is a great time to lose the weight you’ve always wanted to, and while I did stuff my face come sunset, I still managed to lose a bit of weight and I could fit more comfortably in a size 10....

Sitting here crying my eyes right now. I just feel really depressed.

Late night insecurity

I have been doing 10 sit ups and a few workouts with waterbottles (don’t have dumbells) for my arms every night for a few days now, and I can see the difference already :O My bingo wings are less floppy… I remember being able to grab more of my arm fat lol and my stomach feels harder and more compact! I didn’t believe I would see results this fast…
